National home care provider Bluebird Care has announced the appointment of two new additions to its franchise support centre team.
Hannah Banfield, has joined the company as marketing director and Vicky Brown has been appointed franchise recruitment manager.
Banfield has nearly 20 years of marketing and franchising experience, most recently working as head of marketing for Service Master, where she spent 10 years building a team of marketers to support the owner network.
She was keen to remain in the franchise industry, but also had a desire to tackle a new challenge.
“Bluebird Care represented the opportunity to encompass the perfect next challenge whilst really working towards supporting local business owners in their quests to provide a home care solution that excels,” she said.

Brown entered the world of franchising in 2015, following a career in recruitment and achieving a first-class honours degree in business.
“During 2015 my grandad developed dementia and my family were going through our first experience of having a loved one that was in need of care and support. Very quickly realising what bad care looked like in care homes, I instantly fell in love with the domiciliary care model and I am extremely passionate about keeping loved ones at home for as long as possible, which is why I find my job so rewarding,” she said.“Every day I am talking to entrepreneurs who also feel passionate about quality care and they want to make a genuine difference to the lives of people within their communities.”
