“Further to its successful ventures in Kenilworth, Southam and Warwick, Fitness Worx wanted to add a fourth site to its expanding chain in order to offer members access to each of its sites for their convenience, so we worked closely with James Hollyman of our planning team to secure change of use permission from the local authority to establish the unit as a gym.”
