With accelerated growth across the U.S., mobile personal training concept GYMGUYZ has its sights set on continued international expansion. The brand will now be operating within the United Kingdom, planning to bring 70+ locations to the London area, all along the M25.

Since beginning franchising in 2014, the brand’s growth has exploded 1,700 percent. GYMGUYZ continues to build on this momentum and is planning to open 100+ new locations across the U.S. and globally this year. Beyond the U.S. and now the UK, GYMGUYZ also currently operates in Canada within Ontario and the greater Ottawa area.
“We identified early in our process that the UK would be our third target country,” said Ray Reichard, GYMGUYZ Vice President of Franchise Development. “The UK fitness market has had six consecutive years of very strong growth in all the key criteria we looked for, which makes it a prime market for our unique business model.”
To get the brand in front of consumers within the UK market, GYMGUYZ is working with husband and wife team Laike and Selina Mantori. The Mantoris are both entrepreneurs and fitness enthusiasts. Currently based in the UK, their belief in the brand will be evident to those within the London market.

GYMGUYZ will be attending the upcoming International Franchise Show in London, taking place April 5 and 6 at ExCeL London. Both York and Reichard will be on-site to meet with attendees, provide information on the brand and share plans for expansion.
