Miami Burger, a new vegan burger restaurant is coming to The Oracle, and it’s promising “10/10 for amazing taste” without the unhealthiness that comes with junk food.
Miami Burger will open on the top level of The Oracle in Reading, Berkshire in the New Year with a planned launch date of Saturday, January 5.
The new eatery is promising fast food without the deep fat fryers, the saturated fats, and “crazy high sugars.”
Thomas Bursnall from Miami Burgers said that meat is off the menu, but he’s not expecting its customers to notice.
Miami Burger aims to offer ultra healthy fast food that just happens to be plant-based.
As well as burgers, the restaurant will also serve up breakfast, wraps, hot dogs, bowls, thick shakes, desserts and also a selection of beers and wines.
Miami Burger will open from 8am to 9pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 9am to 6pm on a Sunday and Reading will be the restaurants first location in the UK.
The chain is planning to have 400 restaurants in the next five years through franchise opportunities.
In Reading, the restaurant is creating up to 50 new jobs on mixed full time and part time employment basis.
