Ovenu, a Warrington oven valeting firm is repeating its commitment to supporting abandoned and neglected cats across the town, as it launches a charitable drive.
Ovenu Warrington is to gather donations of blankets, food and cat toys for Cats Protection throughout December– following on from its successful campaign at the start of the year for the same cause.
While on client appointments, Paul and Andrea Clark, owners of Ovenu Warrington, will be collecting a variety of donations to support the Cats Protection’s Warrington Adoption Centre, in Padgate.
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity, which supports 200,000 cats and kittens each year throughout its network of volunteer-run branches and adoption centres.
Paul Clark said: “Cats Protection is a fantastic charity and its volunteers do an amazing job to rehome and support neglected and abandoned cats. They also provide year-round care for them, so we are more than happy to continue our support and launch our drive once again.
“With temperatures dropping and adverse weather on the way, it is important to help out these cats and kittens across Warrington, and any donation will make a big difference.”
Ovenu Warrington serves homes and businesses in the town, including Great Sankey, Culcheth, Burtonwood, Lymm, Stretton, Glazebury, Newton-le-Willows, Winwick, Birchwood, Croft, Chapelford Village, Woolston, Appleton, Grappenhall, Thelwall, Daresbury and all surrounding areas.
Ovenu is a franchise network made up of more than 100 businesses owned by men and women working throughout the UK.
The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products to clean the oven parts. The whole process takes around three to four hours and leaves the oven, hob and exterior in immaculate condition.
