Aspray is led by Managing Director, James Whittle. James has over 30 years’ experience within franchising and business development.
As a franchisee you will be embarking on the development of a start-up business opportunity, and it is important that you do not lose sight of this when considering whether a franchise is right for you. The minimum investment is £28,000 + VAT. Franchisees who require funding will need to be able to demonstrate to lenders that they have a minimum of £15,000 liquid capital available to contribute to their start-up costs.

Aspray works with a wide range of introducers to help smooth the claims and repair process for both residential and commercial property owners. We can help our customers save time and ensure they receive a fair settlement from their insurer.
Our national network of loss assessing project managers enables Aspray to offer a personalised service, understanding the problems the everyday customers face. We act as their representative when negotiating a settlement with an insurance company.
Franchisees not only liaise directly with the insurer, helping policyholders achieve a fair settlement but also ensure that their property is reinstated to its previous condition as quickly as possible.

Good communication throughout the process, thorough information provided at the one to one meeting and the research following was very detailed enabling me to see what i would have to do to build the business and what Aspray would do for me. Would recommended to anyone looking work from home, work within financial services and run their own business managing property damage insurance claims business. The meeting is the first step and will enable you to decide if it is for you, there was no pressure at the meeting as i was required to go onto the next stage, before i could consider purchasing, which was to research the opportunity further over a two week period. I was able to speak to franchisees and the Business Development Manager to learn how he would be working with me to help build my business. I got to meet all the heads of department who would be working with me and had a launch meeting, where i was told which dates the BDM would be in my territory to bring on work for me and which dates he had booked to work directly with me in my territory. I would advise booking the one to one meeting as it was only at this stage i was able to receive all the business model details, after signing a confidentiality form, this enabled me to decide it was right for me.
