What kind of training is available?
All franchisees undergo a two-day training at DOR-2-DOR’s head offices in Harpenden. This covers all essential aspects of the day to day management of the business, as well as key business skills, marketing and client outreach, and understanding the DOR-2-DOR business model.
After the initial training course, you’ll be given pre-printed marketing materials to help you start building a client base in your local area, giving you a head start before you start to find clients.
Further training sessions are also available on an ongoing basis, to help franchisees develop and grow the business.
To assist in marketing a new franchisee, DOR-2-DOR provides a local website for each franchise, featuring information relevant to the distribution area such as zones, reviews and contact information. DOR-2-DOR also assists with online marketing, with SEO optimised campaigns to improve visibility and help potential clients to find their nearest DOR-2-DOR provider.
