Review of The Flower Rental Co. Franchise I worked as a franchisee with the flower rental co for 3 years. I invested 30K euros. This was the worst company I have ever worked with. I have been selling with different companies for over 30 years. To keep it factual: 46 breaches of one clause within the contract. This included lost emails (including customers), taking money from customers without their consent, CRM not working consistently across the 3 years causing a significant amount of wasted time. Another Franchisee working in my “exclusive” Mistakes on customer contracts making them invalid (unable to fix the mistakes because couldn’t afford to pay developers to make the changes) The Franchisor sold part of my area to to another franchisee The franchisor was forced into a rebrand after being accused of copying the main competitor. This resulted in me having a non-branded van because the franchisor refused to refund the money paid out for the branded van, wanted to pay in flowers which were not needed due to covid. Significant amount of resin damage (water within the vase) and damaged flowers causing significant financial loss. Luckily during Covid I was able to leave the company and start on my own from scratch. These are just a few of the issues I faced working with this company as a Franchisee I would not recommend The Flower Rental Co.
