A DANCE and acting school is a finalist for a lifestyle award. Footlights in Rossendale, a performing arts school, is a finalist for the best Leisure and Culture Venue of 2019 in the Rossendale Lifestyle Awards.
The franchise, led by partners Aaron Doherty and Jack Tudd, only opened 12 months ago, and have become the best franchise of the company in the country.
Mr Doherty, said: “We have 150 people with us, and out of that number, 35 are adults, with our oldest over 70. I think we are finalists because we also do holiday clubs and parties.
“It’s amazing, and we have seen 25 of our children go into TV, with one being in a new upcoming artist’s music video.”
